The Roly-Poly Light is a perfect combination of science and design ideas, fun and functional, love it!

Resembling most celebrities who are used to wearing large sunglasses, the cool Celebrity Lamp not only has an outstanding appearance but features an amusing temple light switch, changing the colors of the lenses when switched on or off.

I love the idea, so different, very stylish. And the colorful lamp light is a really nice plus! The idea’s totally genius.

Soft and semi-transparent, the lamp designed by Martin Bahrij can give quite warm light in the night to create you a peaceful atmosphere. Those summer nights I really miss. The lamp obviously can’t bring all the fun and happiness those fireflies have brought me, but they might be a quite nice comfort, right?

Well, let’s say Hellos to the creative Waxy Tower Motion Lamps! It’s black, it’s pink, and it’s a decorative lamp that shows how the lava flows when heated with the heat produced by an incandescent bulb.

Priced at $67.77, the lamps are currently available on Amazon. These lamps are indeed very beautiful and kinda romantic, but I don’t think just one of these is enough to create the mood, so I’ll simply take two or more.

“Flat Light was the result of borrowing an Anglepoise task light from college. This led to Flat Light, which has been exhibited at the Royal College of Art Summer show in 2007 and as part of Designers in Residence at the Design Museum, London”

So then there comes lots of artificial flowers that never wither and fall, and among all those I love this “Bloom Lamp” the most. Just see how light comes out of a flower, and how a lamp blooms!

Those who love the nature would love everything that reminds them of the wonderful creations of the nature, too. And that’s possibly the main reason why we love the “Bloom Lamp” designed by Patrick Jouin. Yaps, the lamp has simulated a beautiful flower—when in use, it gradually transforms from a bud to a blooming flower to release the light; and when not in use, the lamp then closes its petals to regain the shape of the bud.

Well, I’d love to have such a “bright” flower at home, do you?

Infectious Light is a modular lighting system made up of several battery-run light bulbs that could sense and react to each other. These bulbs gotta light up one by one when you bring the “mother” light closer to the “baby” lights, and the project takes the very name “Infectious Light” simply from that act.

The designer has also created a kind of luminous tree for these soft spheres, to solve the problem of charging.

Too bad this thing doesn’t come with any price details, but we’ve already seen that these stylish and cute lights would give your homes a refreshing look.
