Echo Keeps Your Secrets of Growth UpEveryone would love to have a little pet to share one’s secrets but to keep it at the same time, that’s not quite as easy as it sounds, especially for the kids. But now, the Echo is here, it will keeps your secrets of growth up, the sweetest toy for kids.

Everyone has a secret, and so do the kids. They’re growing up, learning something new from their parents and teachers every day, and at the same time they’re experiencing the growing pains.

To help children aged between 6 and 9 effectively cope with stress and fears, Emi Schenkelbach has designed the cute toy named as Echo. It has an acoustic pipe running from its ear to the belly, so as to record and repeat the words that the kids have said to it. Since the voice will be modified in the belly, no one else would know clearly what Echo is saying so that the kids can keep their secrets. Besides, the voice from Echo will also create unique sound effects to make the children laugh heartily.

This is very sweet and quite important to help your kids deal with the growth up pain. And this cute doll is totally great for your kids.

Ready for Dalek to Patrol Your Desk

June 28th, 2010

Doctor Who Red DalekAre you a Doctor Who fan? Well, I am, so I usually love Doctor Who accessories, say the Tadis iPhone case. And what else iconic character you can recall of Doctor Who? Dalek, of course. So just get ready for the Doctor Who Red Dalek to patrol your desk and exterminate!

Only a few weeks ago we were told that a recent episode of Doctor Who showed off the Daleks in their spiffy new colors. We laughed it off as perhaps some kind of inside joke, but it looks like these new color Daleks are final. We just spotted a new robot Dalek desk accessory that looks just like the red Dalek of that episode. The red Dalek patrols your desktop never falling off or bumping into anything when on a flat surface. If it detects an edge or danger of falling off, it will turn and continue its patrolling. At each turn the Dalek will exclaim “Exterminate!” If you don’t want it to speak while it roams your desk, you can always shut the sound off.

The Doctor Who Red Desktop Patrol Dalek retails for $35.99. Well, this is a funny toy, and a nice decoration too, I like the little violator.

Platinum Nissan Z432 for Tomica’s 40th Anniversary

March 14th, 2010

platinum Nissan Fairlady Z432 for Tomica from Ginza TanakaWe all love cars to some extent, since we can’t buy many cars, toy cars become very popular with both children and adults. They’re quite adorable, and it’s really exciting to have so many cars we like! Among all these nice toy cars out there, this one must be the most exquisite and luxury one, it is actually a gift for Tomic’ 40th anniversary from Ginza Tanaka.

In horner of Tomica’s 40th anniversary, jeweler Ginza Tanaka dedicates itself to offer a one-of-a-kind replica of the toymaker’s die-cast 1970 Nissan Fairlady Z432. Demonstrating its artistic force, Ginza Tanaka with its blinged design sense has faithfully replicated the Z432 in platinum. Featuring the opening doors and the wheels that can spin (very gorgeous), the platinum Z432 is 7cm long and weighs 210 grams.

Well, how’s it look? I think this is the one toy car that will really make me scream like it’s a real one! And if it were to be made available for purchase (which it isn’t), it’s estimated worth is about $80,000. Even though, Japanese Nostalgic Car still jokes in its headline that even at that price, still cheaper than the real thing. As for this platinum gorgeous bauble, it’s being publicly shown at the Hong Kong International Jewelery Show this month.

Therefore the blocks will stick firmly to one another, allowing the kids to build anything they’d like. Simple but really genius!
